About the Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for increasing Jifflenow’s market share by selling our SaaS product to Large Sized Enterprises. Primary responsibilities will include self sourcing appointments, managing a short and long term pipeline, effectively running a full sales cycle, expanding to different business units, regions, and subsidiaries within your customer base, and ensuring the highest renewal rates.

In this role you will:

  • Prospect into large sized companies, while running an efficient sales process
  • Maintain a high level of activity to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle
  • Conduct virtual and onsite presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records within the company’s sales database
  • Expand within your current base, by identifying new business units and/or presenting new lines of products
  • Be an expert in Jifflenow products, solutions, policies and procedures
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy
  • Minimize churn and ensure the highest level of renewals

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Minimum 3-5 years Software sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Sales experience must be in selling to Large Enterprises ($1B+ revenue), including Fortune 500, preferably into the sales or marketing organizations
  • Must have a hunter mentality, with the ability to generate your own appointments
  • Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applicatons, Salesforce.com and collaboration/teleconferencing software
  • President’s Club qualifiers, Top Gun, Top percentile performers
