~ Own design projects end to end, and work closely with our engineers, Product managers, marketing and Customer success managers.
~ Own the defining and documentation of Solid design systems, patterns, guidelines and style guides.
~ Be the UX lead of the team in adopting best practices and processes in delivering thoughtful high quality experiences for users.
~Be the Gate-keeper of Usage tracking Insights and help with appropriate guides to help users navigate the product and successfully use all its features.
~Understand the problem well,compile research and create user flows, high fidelity mockups and UI.
~ 4+ years of UX experience and shipping high quality products. B2B experience a plus.
~ Mastery in at least one discipline within UX, be it Interaction design, systems, information architecture and/or usability.
~ Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work well with engineers. Understanding of basic HTML / CSS and front end web / mobile frameworks.
~ Solid design background with an obsessive eye for visual detail and experience in data visualization, info graphics
~ Experience designing web and mobile apps
~ Ability to think at a high level and articulate rationale for adopted approach.
~ Self motivated and able to efficiently deliver without close supervision
~ Excellent communication skills
